Botswana
Landlocked in the centre of southern Africa, Botswana is neighboured by Namibia, South Africa, Zimbabwe and Zambia and comprising mostly of the Kalahari Desert. Within its arid sands lies the Okavango Delta a remarkable wetland within a desert. The north east of the country is home to large concentrations of game in the Chobe and Linyanti reserves. Botswana is one of Africa's remarkable success stories and has implemented a low volume high quality tourism policy which serves to ensure a large percentage of its population is employed whilst vast areas of land are preserved for wild life. A safari in Botswana yields fantastic wildlife sightings whilst its camps vary from luxurious to comfortable with all needs and tastes catered for.
